Operating System
Minimum Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2003, Windows VISTA, Windows 7 & upper.
Browsers and Versions
Internet Explorer : IE 6 & above.
Mozilla Firefox : Version 10 & above.
IE Browser Settings
In case of Windows VISTA SP1, the site has to be added in the trusted site list in order to enable the register online option and perform registration. Also it is recommended that, the "enable protected mode" option in the internet security settings is unchecked, for Windows VISTA and Windows 7 operating systems.
Add-Ons
Enable the Add-Ons that are prompted, while you process your request for digital certificate. The following Add-Ons will be prompted.
01. Microsoft Certificate Enrollment control
02. Microsoft CAPICOM
Prerequisite: Registration Number
Need to collect a valid Registration Number for the required class of certificate. This Registration Number could be collected from dataedgeCA office over email.
